Artwork Requirements: PC formatted compatible with Illustrator or Photoshop. Printed Items: vector,
300 ppi tif. Chocolate Items: vector, everything outlined. Email art to: artwork@chocolate2.com.

Cancellations/Changes: All cancellations and/or changes must be confirmed in writing. All work up
to the point of cancellation will be billed. Changes to orders already in production may result in delayed
shipping and additional charges.

Shipments: FOB Blaine WA. International paperwork provided at no charge. Outside of US or Canada,
all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and handling charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Kosher Certification: Most of our products are kosher certified by the Orthodox Union unless noted as
such on our website.

SQF Certification: We are very proud to hold the SQF Certification, a food safety and quality program
that is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).

Art Proof: An electronic proof will be provided for new art at no charge; signed or emailed approval
required to begin production.

Payment Terms: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card) or Net 30 upon
credit application approval.

Pricing: Prices are effective through December 31, 2024 and are subject to change without notice. All
prices in CND dollars. Visit our website for U.S. pricing. Inquire for less-than-minimum availability and
charges.

Production Time: Standard production time for most items is 2 weeks after art approval. Rush services
available upon request. Rush charges apply.

Repeat Orders: No mold fees and reduced production time for exact reorders.

Spec Samples: Spec samples available. Mold fee(s) will be charged. Fee(s) will be applied toward full
order if approved.

Virtual Samples: Digital virtual samples of custom items available upon request. First virtual image is
free, a $25 fee will be charged for each revised virtual sample request. Email artwork to:
sales@chocolate2.com.

Set-up Charges: A one-time mold fee of $143/V applies to most custom chocolate items. Additional
mold fees may apply for multi-piece products. All molds remain property of the factory.

Shelf Life: Chocolate has a shelf life of one year or longer if stored at room temperature away from heat,
humidity, direct sunlight, and strong odors. Store separately from all other types of foods. Chocolate
items packaged with cookies have a shelf life of 6 months.

Warm-Weather Shipments: Ice gel packs are used at no additional charge. Upgraded shipping
method may be required based on destination. Refrigerated trucking is available for larger shipments.
