IN-HOUSE GOLF BALLS SHIPPING
• All orders include up to 2-color, single pole imprint • FOB : Winnipeg, MB
• Each additional color add $1.56 (G) per dozen print charge • Customer may request shipping insurance at their expense
• $31.25 (G) setup fee for 3-4 colors, $62.50 (G) for 5-6 colors • Customer assumes all responsibility for orders after they leave
• Images with the most colors will be considered first pole our warehouse

SECOND POLE ARTWORK
• Second pole printing charges $3.12 (G) per dozen per color • General sizing guidelines: Logo can fit within a 0.875 inch
• $31.25 (G) setup fee for 1-2 colors, $62.50 (G) for 3-4 colors diameter circle. Maximum logo size varies depending on logo
