Glassware and Crystal and are not considered defects.

MULTIPLE SKUs in the same Purchase Order
– If all items are priced over $25.00c, re-sizing and copy changes for the different items are at NO charge.
– For all other items a $20.00c copy change and re-sizing charge will apply.

Artwork ON FILE (repeat orders) Setup Charges
– Exact repeat orders (same SKU) at NO charge (no proof will be provided)
– Repeat artwork applied to a different SKU will be charged $20.00c per item (for resizing and copy changes)
– Simple copy change to a repeat SKU – $12.00c
Other Charges
– 2nd Location etching (on base or other side or surface), per item - $7.50c
– For etching of individual names or categories on items priced below $25.00c, add $8.33c set-up charge.
– Colour fill on Crystal, per colour per item - $10.00c
– Reverse etching (frosted with clear text) – NO charge

ART PROOFS
Proofs will be provided for approval of all new art but Virtual Samples will only be done upon request.
Virtual Sample creation is a time-consuming process of limited value. They are merely a representation
of the finished product to help the purchaser envision what their logo will look like on the finished
product. Virtuals never look exactly the same as the actual product. Logos may be smaller or larger,
colours may not be exactly the same. This is due to optimization needed to place an image on a real
item verses a flat image.
